What this is

A place where insight meets your real life

Pair Thinking combines thoughtful content with active thinking, applied to what’s actually going on for you.

It gives you the know-how but you work it through with someone, using your own challenges as the material.

No planning needed. Available when it matters.

Here’s what’s really going on

You think in sparks.
The world runs on steps.

Sometimes it’s not that you’re stuck.
It’s that your effort and progress don’t line up.

Divergent thinkers don’t think in neat sequences.

You don’t need a better brain.
You need support that fits the one you already have.

What changes over time

Pair Thinking helps in the moment and quietly keeps things moving forward over time

Why we created it

We built what we couldn't find

We built Pair Thinking because we needed it ourselves.

Between us, we’ve lived the frustration of knowing what needs doing, having the capability to do it — and still feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unable to move things forward in a way that lasts.

What we couldn’t find wasn’t more advice, insight, or tools.

It was something that could sit alongside us day to day — help us work things through, nudge us into doing when it mattered, and keep hold of the important bits so progress didn’t keep resetting.

So we built Pair Thinking around how divergent minds actually work — not how apps usually expect them to.

What happens inside the platform

Your wingman finds what you need

Even when it’s not obvious.

Get ideas that aren't BS

Proven frameworks and techniques. Not influencer noise.

Actually do it!

In your real life. Not "someday".

Keep the stuff that works

We keep track of it for you.

Your wingman helps you move forward

Sometimes you know exactly what you want to do.
Sometimes you've got no clue.
Either way, your Pair Thinker has your back.

You talk it through — clearly, messily, half-baked.
Your Pair Thinker listens, asks the right questions, and helps you land on what will actually help right now.

If it’s something that can be sorted there and then, you just do it together.

If there’s something inside Pair Thinking that fits better, your Pair Thinker takes you there and helps you use it.

No bouncing around.
No overthinking.
Just progress.

Get ideas that aren’t BS

You don’t need more opinions.
You need stuff that actually holds up.

Inside Pair Thinking you’ll find proven course, frameworks and techniques — the kind people keep coming back to because they work, not because they’re trending.

Short explanations.
Just enough context.
No fluff.

And because your Pair Thinker knows what you’re working on, you’re not digging through everything.

You’re shown the ideas that actually fit this situation.
No noise.
Just solid input.

Actually do it

Understanding something isn’t the hard part.
Doing it is.

This is where ideas stop being interesting and start being useful.

You don’t just read the framework.
You work through it — applied to your situation.

Decisions get made.
Messages get written.
Next steps get nailed down.

No worksheets gathering dust.
No “I’ll come back to this”.

You do it.
Then you move on.

Keep the stuff that works

When something clicks, it shouldn’t disappear.

Pair Thinking keeps track of the insights, decisions, and things that actually helped — without you having to organise, save, or remember anything.

So when you come back:

  • you don’t start from scratch

  • you don’t repeat the same thinking

You pick things up where you left off.

Examples from inside Pair Thinking

OMG I'm ADHD

OMG I'm ADHD

OMG is a guided course inside Pair Thinking.

We built it for people who already know — or strongly suspect — that their brain doesn’t work in neat steps, but still end up stuck, overwhelmed, or going round in circles.

You don’t go through OMG on your own. You work through it alongside your Pair Thinker, using your own situations and decisions as the material.

The focus isn’t theory — it’s making sense of what’s actually happening in your thinking and having support while you decide what to do next.

Reconnect with You - Find your why

Reconnect with You - Find your why

This is a guided way to work through Simon Sinek’s Find Your Why ideas inside Pair Thinking.

It’s useful when things feel slightly off — when decisions are harder than they should be, motivation comes and goes, or direction feels blurred.

You work with your own stories and experiences, with your Pair Thinker alongside you, slowing things down and connecting the dots.

The aim isn’t to land on a perfect statement — it’s to have something grounded you can come back to when things drift.

What to expect when you start

You don’t have to fill out a questionnaire to begin.

Most tools start by asking you lots of questions.

Pair Thinking doesn’t.

Getting started is simple

2

Choose one of two Pair Thinkers

3

Begin chatting

That first conversation helps you make progress on something that matters right now — and learns how you think as you talk.

Pair Thinking fits around how you already think — not the other way around.

When your thinking doesn’t line up with the world’s usual steps, your Pair Thinker helps you move things forward without forcing rigid plans, systems, or fake focus.

It adapts as you go, keeps track of what matters, and supports momentum in a way that actually fits how your brain works.

A quick note from us,

We know subscriptions can be a pain — especially when life gets busy and things fall off your radar.

Pair Thinking isn’t a demo or a trick to get you paying for something you forget about. If it helps, great — you can keep going. If it doesn’t, that’s OK too.

That’s why your first experience is real, why you can try a handful of activities for free, and why subscriptions pause automatically if you stop using it. No guilt. No chasing.

We built this for people like us, and we’ve tried hard to make the pricing feel fair, flexible, and easy to step away from when you need to.

Best wishes,
Claire & Chris
