Built by People Who Truly Understand ADHD
Hey there,
I’m Claire (aka Speccy), and yes, I have ADHD too but didn’t discover this life changing piece of information until I was in my mid 40s. I know all too well what it’s like to be on the ADHD struggle bus - to have an insanely sparky brain that can also be disregulated, disorganised, disconnected and very, very overwhelmed. Over the last few years I’ve been able to heal the damage that undiagnosed and unsupported ADHD wreaked on my psychology and overall health but it can be a lonely journey when it feels like the world doesn’t quite get it or get you.
That’s why we built Pair Thinking. Before my diagnosis, I’d spent years studying psychology, neuroplasticity, hypnotherapy, counselling and coaching, but life still felt like an uphill struggle. I’d also read a million books but found it difficult to implement the wisdom and do the work. Diagnosis gave me the insight i needed, I could see what was going on, why I was stuck, stressed and ill and what I needed to do to write the next chapter anew.
Together with Chris (Techie), who's the tech wizard behind all this, we wanted to create something that I wished I had 20 years ago - not just a functional app but something that provided game-changing insight and support that would help people like me thrive.
